We have strong relationships with a variety of lenders. And our staff includes a licensed loan officer and licensed real estate agents who can impart general knowledge about mortgage options and compute estimated payments including taxes and insurance to help you determine what type of financing is right for you.

We're located at 14127 Avongate Lane, Houston, Texas 77082. It's just off Richmond Ave between Eldridge Parkway and SH6.

Since weekends can be quite busy, securing an appointment helps ensure you have the time you need to visit homes and talk with our staff. If you'd like to tour a home, we'd be happy to set an appointment for you. Of course you're welcome to call or stop by anytime.

• Do homes include a warranty?

In most cases the homebuilder offers a one-year builder warranty and a ten year limited warranty through a third party warranty provider.

• Do I need to have my own realtor representing me to purchase a home in a Sueba community?

No, however, we are more than willing to work with the buyers agents.
